The Gas block retaining pins attach the Gas block to your AK47 barrel. The barrel is notched where the Gas Block is located. To remove the gas block, simply use a punch to remove the pins and free the block from the barrel. Two pins were used on some PolyTech models, but only a single pin was used on the Spike Bayonet type Gas blocks.

    These pins come in a small packet of cellophane. I am not sure if didn't see them in the envelope with a grip screw or not. However, when I called KFS Industries Inc, (Poly Technologies) the nice lady I spoke with shipped out two more pins ASAP. Thank you Polytech and KFS. The pins were perfect. 5 star service
